Simple Stripes

This is a super simple mani, but I LOVE the way it turned out!  Super girly looking!  I started with two coats of Zoya Lara and waited until it was completely dry.  Then I added a single piece of striping tape across the tip of each nail and two on the thumbnail and painted over it with one coat of Zoya Auora, removed the tape and added a topcoat (HK Girl from Glisten and Glow is my current favorite!).

Cranberry Cosmo Swatch and Review

 Cranberry Cosmo is the first polish I have tried from Enchanted Polish. It is a gorgeous cranberry shade, and its holo. Need I say more? While it isn't as holographic as the Layla's for example, it is still a beautiful and unique shade. I did find that Seche did dull the holo some and also changed the color a bit. That being said, the pics show one coat. All in all, I find it to be a great polish and I would buy it again. Enchanted Polish can be found at llarowe and sells for $15.

If you look closely at the pics you can see a slight difference in the pinky nail; there is a coat of Seche on that nail so you can see the change for yourself.  What do you think?  Love it/hate it?  Is it worth the price?

Ozotic 534

Not much to say about this polish other than that it is packed full of holo goodness.  This was my first Ozotic and it certainly didn't disappoint!  Shown here over Rimmel Black Satin.

All Hail The Queen

Short and sweet today.  I bought this polish a few weeks back and finally got around to trying it and now I want to wear it all the time!  Butter London's All Hail The Queen is described by them as an "opaque holographic beige".  I could not capture the holo with my camera but it is there, more of a scattered holo than linear but gorgeous nonetheless.  Even without the holo goodness though it is a beautiful shade and was easy to apply.  I did have a few chips on the first day, however I did wear it to work and I wash my hands and use sanitizer a LOT.  Shown here with two coats of polish and a coat of SV.

Hi-Tech

Hi all, today I have for you one of the polishes I picked up during my searches this week.  I was actually able to find all of the Milani 3D Holo this weekend so look for more to come!  I picked Hi-Tech to try out first because it is a shade that is a bit out of my comfort zone....ok, a LOT out of my comfort zone!  For the most part, the pics I post here are of mani's that I actually wear, so this was a stretch for me.  This is 3 coats topped with a coat of Seche.  The little flowers are from a glitter set that I found at a craft store.  It really is more holo in person but very hard to capture here.  What do you think?  Is this a shade you would wear?

Glitter Gal 10 to Midnight

I was so excited when this beauty showed up in the mail this week and I could not wait to try it! 10 to Midnight is a beautiful charcoal grey holo polish that I purchased from llarowe. The only thing I didn't like about this polish is that the holo shift is hard to see indoors. The formula is great and the color is certainly unique!
