A Stroke of Brilliance

While cruising the aisles at Wags the other day, I happened across the essie display which has now replaced Shine of the Times with Stroke of Brilliance in the luxeffects line.  I had seen this one on-line already and thought it was a very pretty polish with lots of potential so, I picked it up.  For this very simple mani, I painted on black and white for the base and sponged Stroke of Brilliance on the tips.  The consistency of the polish is great and the glitter is pretty flat, I just used NYC for the topcoat; it is a bit bumpy but not bad, I suspect a coat of Seche would leave you with a perfectly smooth finish.  While I am disappointed to see the discontinuation of Shine of the Times, I am pleased with the addition of this one!

    1. I really do like it, I don't have the pink one yet but found one VERY similar at Sally's that I do have.
